Job Title: Epic Willow Analyst Location: Hybrid / Primarily Remote Start Date: ASAP Position Overview The Epic Application Analyst (Willow Inpatient) will be responsible for supporting medication build and optimization efforts across inpatient and ambulatory workflows. This resource will manage ticket queues, handle incremental build requests, and partner with pharmacy and IT stakeholders to validate and implement changes. The ideal candidate is an experienced Epic Willow analyst who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of closing tickets efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Job Responsibilities Manage and resolve optimization tickets using SN ticketing system Perform medication builds within order sets, panels, and templates Support OPA, alerts, and charging configurations Collaborate with end users to validate changes and confirm functionality Handle investigational drug (IDS) builds and med loads as needed Support ongoing billing and 340B optimization work Provide updates on ticket progress and maintain documentation Ensure timely completion of smaller enhancement items to reduce backlog Qualifications Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required Minimum 34 years of experience with Epic Willow applications Proficiency in order set medication builds and ticket management Familiarity with OPA, alerts, billing/charging, and Willow Inbaskets Exposure to Willow Ambulatory workflows preferred Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Pharmacy or clinical background a plus (not required) Epic Willow Analysts Houston, Texas For over 16 years, Medasource has established and maintained relationships that are designed to meet your IT staffing needs.
