Why You're Vital to Our Mission

With our significant growth in both revenue and team size, and as we continue to scale our ambitions, the role of a CFO becomes ever more critical. You'll navigate the complexities of financial and operational management and be instrumental in shaping our strategy to achieve financial goals, keeping us on a successful trajectory. Your key responsibilities will include: Craft and lead the financial strategy, aligning with the company's overarching objectives. Manage the finance team with unmatched efficiency. Oversee HR functions, championing talent management and organizational growth. Lead Salesforce implementation and management. Propel strategic finance initiatives, unlocking new avenues for business growth. Ensure compliance, keeping us on the right side of laws and regulations. Manage key vendor relations and collaborate with the commercial team. Oversee facilities and real estate. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the finance and operational teams. Your Primary Responsibilities: Strategize and plan finances, from budgeting to financial reporting. Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and executive team. Maintain robust financial controls and procedures. Lead and mentor the finance and operations team, fostering a culture of excellence. Align HR strategies with overall policies, ensuring legal compliance. Navigate and manage the complexities of international financial compliance and reporting. We're Looking For: CPA, BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA preferred. Proven CFO experience. Expertise in strategic finance, operational management, and compliance. Experience with HR functions and Salesforce systems. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Location: Presence in NJ for a minimum of 3 days per week.
