Tax Senior Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and deliver a full range of tax services, including tax planning, research, and compliance.
- Review complex tax returns and provide guidance on tax matters to clients.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing leadership and guidance on technical issues.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including cross-selling services to existing clients and networking within the community.
- Stay current on tax law changes and communicate the impact of these changes to clients.
- Assist partners in managing the overall tax practice, including budgeting, staffing, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
- CPA license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
- Strong technical skills in tax planning and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience managing and developing staff.
