As a BAS Project Manager based in Woburn, MA, you will play a crucial role in steering the building automation and direct digital controls (DDC) segments of significant construction ventures. Your expertise will guide projects from conception through completion, ensuring efficiency, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. What You Will Be Doing: Project Leadership:

Lead the project team across planning, design, and execution phases, ensuring seamless operations and stakeholder alignment. Collaboration:

Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to outline clear project objectives and scopes. Financial Oversight:

Manage budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls to keep projects within financial targets. Quality Assurance:

Oversee all stages of project execution, ensuring compliance with both client specifications and industry standards. Team Management:

Provide direction and support to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and recognition. The Ideal Candidate: Educated and Experienced:

Preferably with a 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field, coupled with 3-5 years of project management experience in construction or a related industry. Skilled in Building Systems:

Advanced knowledge of HVAC and other building electronic control systems. Leadership Abilities:

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in personnel management and project execution. Strong Communicator:
