Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in management leadership role, with at least 2 years in an aerospace engineering or similar field Strong technical expertise in aviation engineering principles and practices Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as FAA regulations, is highly desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
