If so, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving marketing strategy, coordination, and implementation across various channels. From e-commerce to B2B marketing, this role requires a diverse skill set and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns. This role will oversee the planning, development, management, and execution of promotional content and tactics for HBC.

The Marketing Specialist is accountable for:

  • Strategy Development: Assists in the research, development, and execution of content and tactics of assigned channels. Responsible for defining creative strategy, provides compelling story telling-ensuring key messages, SEO recommendations and proof points are delivered to creative.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and creative to align marketing efforts and support overall business objectives.
  • Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across multiple units of business from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and optimization for maximum effectiveness. Oversees and coordinates marketing efforts across all channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and traditional advertising. Helps lead internal and external/freelance resources when necessary.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance metrics and customer insights to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI. Reports on channel performance to define efficacy and further develop tactical needs.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Takes the research and develops impactful content and tactics for assigned channels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years' experience in a marketing or agency role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong project management skills including being highly organized and the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms like CommerceCloud, Klaviyo, SproutSocial.
  • Working understanding of how campaigns and touch points work together to develop new leads as well as create relationships and move consumers along purchase and repeat purchase path.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Google and/or Adobe Analytics experience.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and keyword influences on content.
  • Experience with marketing automation.
  • Flexible: adaptable and able to deal well with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently.
