We’re searching for a highly qualified model-based system engineer to assist in maintaining our leadership position and leading the company’s efforts to institutionalize the use of MBSE. The ideal candidate will have extensive model-based engineering experience using the Systems Modeling Language. Responsibilities Work in partnership with traditional software, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to institutionalize the use of model-based systems engineering across all projects. Collaborate on the development of MBSE Digital Twins for on-board and off-board training capabilities and devices for existing and under development combat vehicles. Required skills and qualifications Three or more years of experience with MBSE Deep-seated attention to design details Proven success working on a project team Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of project management Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Preferred skills and qualifications Experience with Cameo System Modeler or MagicDraw Experience with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) to system design Experience working on DoD projects Company Description Oasis Advanced Engineering is a premier, small business research and development company that specializes in the development and fielding high-end combat vehicle training systems for the U.S. Military.
