DIRECTOR OF PROJECT DELIVERY POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES The Director of Project Delivery collaborates with the firm's leadership to manage companywide operations, support growth plans, and ensure project management excellence. Responsibilities include advising on resource planning, driving consistency in project management processes, and improving key success metrics. The role also involves coaching, mentoring, and overseeing project management aspects of the firm's ERP software system.
