Are you looking to start your financial professional journey?

Are you looking for a company that is going to let you grow and explore different types of insurance?

We are looking for great associates to bring into our financial professional program.

In this program, we begin with teaching individuals wanting to get their start in the industry. We have a training and mentoring program to start getting experience with marketing and selling insurance products.

Once you have proven yourself as an insurance producer, we have tracks for associates to get licensed in other financial products and continue to pursue different financial licenses.

Our team is looking for hard-working, entrepreneurial, ethical, and personable individuals who are excited about getting their shot to enter the financial industry.

Responsibilities

•Cultivate relationships with both individual consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
•Utilize provided client leads to identify opportunities for insurance solutions.
•Learn and implement effective sales techniques to meet and exceed targets.
•Attend educational conferences and travel as needed to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
•Collaborate with team members to strategize and prospect for larger client accounts.
•Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

•Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
•Willingness to travel for educational purposes and conferences.
•No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided.
•Sales-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding goals.
