Contact Specialists assist in the collection of delinquent property taxes, through phone collection and suit preparation. This is a collections position that will require you to be on the phone most of the day.
Schedule: This is a full time position from 8:30AM-5:00PM. Monday - Friday. Pay is $16 per hour.
Job Skills Requirements:
- Must have excellent oral communication skills
- Must have excellent written communication skills
- Must have clear and neat handwriting.
- Must be well organized.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must have excellent critical-thinking skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be able to grasp complicated legal concepts.
Job Experience Requirements:
- Prefer prior experience in an office environment.
- Prefer prior experience in a law office, collections environment or tax office.
Education Requirements:
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Prefer some college education.
Other Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be well groomed and presentable.
- Must be able to work 37.5 hours per week. Monday through Friday.
