Channel Marketing

This position supports OTAVA’s growth efforts by assisting in the development of marketing campaigns for the channel; conceptualizing and executing lead gen content; analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities; preparing reports; and helping maintain our lead database.
Responsibilities
Work with channel partners to plan, create, and execute marketing tactics that provide a meaningful return on investment, including setting targeted marketing KPI performance goals.
Coordinate and support live and virtual events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement.
Drive an integrated marketing plan through our partners and amplify OTAVA’s messaging alignment with our go-to-market objectives.
Email campaign execution and reporting (A/B testing, audience segmentation, optimizing email campaigns for deliverability and engagement, etc.).
Produce high-quality content, including written articles, website pages, emails, customer marketing copy, social media posts, and other mediums
Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
Administer joint Market Development Funds (MDF) investments with partners that maximize the impact of our co-marketing partnership agreements.
Collaborate with channel, marketing, and sales leaders to extend OTAVA’s awareness and drive growth
Leverage vendor relationships and Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to maximize lead generation tactics
Manage lead flow from capture through to closed/won, using HubSpot and Salesforce.com as the current tech stack. This includes landing page strategy, qualification, nurture, scoring, and handoff to the sales team
Analyze campaign performance, report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI and ensure proper attribution
Other activities as needed under the direction of the Sr. Director of Marketing to support overall marketing operations
Experience
2-5 years of marketing experience in the cloud or tech industry
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets
Extensive experience building an attribution model and user acquisition tactics
Experience and highly knowledgeable with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience with the following: Atlassian Products, JIRA and Confluence, Microsoft 365 Products, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere
Experience working across various communications media.
Experience working with both technical and creative teams
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
A blend of analytical and creative thinking, and ability to communicate around both. Top, middle, and bottom of funnel engagement techniques. Able to nurture and convert leads.
Can design, launch, and manage email campaigns from the first draft of copy all the way to reporting and optimization.
Detail-oriented & organized. Develop systems to keep projects on track.
Self-starter with strong project management, prioritization skills, and hands-on execution ability.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to iterate and improve and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and keep stakeholders informed of progress and blockers.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or related field or equivalent experience
