Summary: Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Ecommerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our online store and drive profitable growth. You will be responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and successful customer experience. Responsibilities: Strategic Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue. Online Store Management:

Manage the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content creation. Website Optimization:

Oversee website design, usability, and user experience (UX) to optimize for conversions. Data Analysis:

Analyze website traffic data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and manage online marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media). Collaboration:

Work with web developers and designers to maintain and improve the functionality of the e-commerce platforms. Performance Monitoring:

Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV). Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role. Proven track record of success in increasing online sales and conversions. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Data-driven approach with a focus on metrics and ROI. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. among others. Lead advertising efforts, including PPC campaigns, and possess a broad digital marketing experience.
