The Business Analyst, Business Analytics is responsible for leading project-based and company led initiatives to support revenue generation and cost savings opportunities throughout the organization. Group serves as key problem finders for DCLI and collaborates with business leads to identify solutions and measure success. Performs job duties consistent within safety, legal and regulatory requirements, company standards, culture and business practices.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identifying specific business opportunities that lead to revenue generation or cost savingsLeading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomesTesting business processes and recommending improvementsTransforming detailed company data into consumable decision points for senior leadershipCreating new metrics and identifying anomalies when compared to historical trendsMeasuring success of projects and completed initiatives via KPI trackingPerforming ad-hoc analysis as neededKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Expert in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and TableauProficient in Microsoft PowerPointExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills; comfort working with senior executivesStrong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environmentsSelf-driven, motivated and matureMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.Education/ExperienceIn order to accomplish the essential duties of this position, the incumbent must have a Bachelors degree in Analytics, Finance or General Business.
