Our membership plans and packages eliminate the need for insurance, and our no-appointment policy, convenient hours and locations make care more accessible.The Joint Chiropractic is looking for Part Time Wellness Coordinators As a Wellness Coordinator or Wellness Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, you will be the first point of contact for patients. You'll play a key role in making each of them feel at home and welcome. At The Joint Chiropractic, we have several different plan and package offerings that you will be responsible for selling to patients so they can continue their chiropractic care with us at the most affordable rates, anywhere. In addition, keeping accurate patient records, having a thorough understanding of our computer systems and maintaining a clean and organized workplace will also be important for your success.Front Desk Responsibilities:Greet patients with enthusiasm and build relationshipsEducate patients on wellness plans and servicesAssist patients with their memberships- including sales and management of patient accountsComplete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurateAssist patients with the completion of required paperworkParticipate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinicsManage daily clinic operations includingManage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized mannerExecute all of The Joint Chiropractor's standard operating proceduresProvide the highest levels of customer serviceMaintain the highest levels of professionalism and decorum at all timesBe a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace cultureManage clinic phone calls/texts via phone and web based platformComplete and accommodate additional tasks as required by the needs of the companyBenefits for Full Time Wellness Coordinators:Set Schedule (Weekend Availability and option to pick up additional shifts)Medical, dental and vision insurance401(K) matchingPaid time off and holiday payLunch BreaksPaid parental leave programFuture growth opportunitiesMonthly and Quarterly Bonus opportunityFree Chiropractic for employees. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a high paced retail environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentCheerful and positive attitudeAble to work weekends/evenings (as required)Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, scanner, and phone systemProficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media platformsMaintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspaceMaintain a professional appearance and wear company approved attireConfident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packagesWillingness to learn and growProfessional Conflict ResolutionSelf motivated and independent contributorOffice management or marketing experience is a plusAble to stand and/or sit for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 20 poundsSome travel for training required SET SCHEDULE FOR THIS POSITION: Weekly: Fridays and Saturdays(additional hours/days are optional at other clinic locations in the Great Sacramento Region) Work hours are: Weekdays 9:30am to 7pm Weekends 9:30am to 4pmWe do not do split shifts such as AM or PM.
