Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control and Warehousing:

Maintain proper storage and identification of all materials.

Maintain inventory control process to ensure accurate accounting of all materials.

Ensure all inventory control and warehousing activities are accurately recorded in an ERP system.

Process material request forms from team leaders or operators.

Generate a negative report daily to ensure proper transactions.

Escalate any material issues to the Material Manager and ICA daily.

Conduct weekly cycle counts for all liquids, raw materials, AC warehouse items, box and pallet count

Other Requirements:

Demonstrate a willingness, flexibility, and commitment to succeed in a high-demand, broad-responsibility start-up environment.

Engage in hands-on tasks such as receiving, shipping, moving material, entering transactions into the ERP system, calling/emailing suppliers, arranging logistics, and performing other administrative tasks to support plant operations during its early start-up phase.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with directly applicable experience.

Must hold a valid drivers license and pass drug and background check.

2+ years of materials or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, inventory control, and shipping/receiving is essential.

Strong numerical skills and legible handwriting.

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Experience utilizing ERP systems is a must.
