As our Health & Safety Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our safety initiatives, ensuring that every colleague feels supported and empowered to work safely every day. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain health and safety policies to ensure compliance and readiness for inspections. Oversee the maintenance of safety equipment and systems across the business. Conduct and review fire risk assessments and liaise with enforcement agencies. Define and communicate health and safety processes and standards throughout the organization. Lead audits and investigations, supporting disciplinary actions when necessary. Ensure timely completion of statutory inspections and risk assessments. Provide expertise for projects, equipment purchases, and new process introductions. Drive colleague health, welfare, and well-being initiatives, including education and training. Establish and drive an annual health and safety plan with clear goals and initiatives.
