Project Development Officer V

Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervises the operations of quality assurance for NBS implementation, follow-up care, and program review;
Provides directions and participates in the planning and evaluation of activities of NSCs, NBSCCs, and CHDs;
Provides directions on the development of projects and operating procedures related to quality assurance;
Ensures completion of activities and submission of technical reports;
Represents the Director in regional and local events including panels, workshops, meetings, trainings, or conferences;
Evaluate and approve correspondences, proposals, reports, and other documents related to quality assurance; and
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Work Experience Sheet;
Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
Photocopy of certificate of employment/s and training/s;
Photocopy of certificate of eligibility; and
Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma.
