We are partnered with a great local financial institution actively seeking a dynamic Financial Services Professional in the Columbus area. This role is a full-time on-site position with an annual salary range starting at $60,000.

As the Financial Services Professional, you will drive the card services department, spearhead an exciting project implementation, and be the linchpin for the institutions financial operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to guide all product and service initiatives within the card services department.
  • Handle questions, escalations, and issues related to card products.
  • Review and monitor reports - flag inconsistencies, research, and resolve client and customer concerns.
  • Manage the card programs anti-fraud initiatives by analyzing fraud reports, optimizing detection tools, and strategically managing provisional credit lines.
  • Work with the technology department on maintenance, upgrades, system design, and security.
  • Spearhead the process of moving all card administrative services in-house.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, or related field is a plus.
  • 7+ years of Financial Services experience preferred.
  • Card (credit or debit) management experience, preferably with a financial institution.
  • An understanding of fraud, transactions, and reporting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
