We want our employees to feel like family so we treat them like family.Commercial Insurance Associate Account ManagerPrimary ResponsibilityThe Commercial Insurance Associate Account Manager will be primarily responsible for servicing and handling commercial accounts with a total book between $50,000 to $300,000 in revenue.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for the producer in maintaining existing commercial accounts in accordance with the objectives and procedures outlined in the agency procedures and workflowsResponsible for coordinating the renewal process, account development and retention of existing customersCollect necessary renewal marketing information such as supplemental applications, schedules and loss runsProvide quotes for new and existing business, update applications, assist with marketing process, prepare proposals/summaries and/or premium comparisonsAbility to handle insured and underwriting questionsAbility to create and process finance agreementsOrders and issues binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related itemsComplete all billings and invoicing on new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and monthly reportsProficient in all Account Processor essential functions & responsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining the integrity of client and policy information in the agency management systemEstablish and build relationships with customers and carriersAdditional Functions & Responsibilities Provide backup and support for other team members.Pursue a program of personal and professional development through Total CSRReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent and/or college degreeHold a valid Texas General Lines Agent LicenseAt least one year of commercial experienceProficient in tasks such as policy checking, endorsement and audit processing.Preferred Qualifications A minimum of one of the following designations: QCLS, ACLS, PCIA, ACSR, CISR, AAI, CPCU, CIC or CRISA minimum of two years of commercial lines insurance experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn the agency management software.Ability to work with internal and external clients at all levels.Ability to follow directions.High level of organizational skills.Ability to work independently self-motivated and meets timed deadlines.Ability to follow processes and procedures set forth by the agency.Ability to problem solveStrong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to work with a team.Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
