Associate Attorney Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school
  • Must be barred in the state of New Mexico
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a demanding case load with fewer, more complex cases

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and draft legal documents
  • Manage discovery processes and draft motions
  • Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on case progress
  • Gradually take on more complex cases, managing them from initiation to resolution
  • Actively participate in court proceedings and advocate on behalf of clients
  • Train and grow under the guidance of experienced partners
