You will be viewed asa key resource in transforming the organization through process improvement andchange management.

Learning and analyzing current business processes impacting financial reporting
Collaborate with accounting team to identify pain points and areas of improvement
Recommending system changes or new software to improve efficiency of processes
Testing and researching new processes and features to promote automation or add stronger internal controls to achieve best practice by process.
Designing and documenting complex processes including process mapping, process narratives and flow charting
Building business cases including project plans and timelines that consider cost/benefit analysis, dependencies and other initiatives that could impact success of projects
Seek out opportunities to explore artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and stay informed about industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency
Participating in ERP rollouts to support consistent processes and testing delivers expected results
Develop performance metrics to measure the success of process improvements or implementations - both large and small

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information technology
7+ years of relevant experience
Process design, process mapping in software tools
Experience with automation and system implementations
Delivery of successful projects with measurable results
Project management, project reporting to drive results and deadlines
Understanding of Accounting and Financial processes including risk and financial controls
