Location: EL Segundo, CA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Please note: Havas Street follows a hybrid schedule. The candidate must be in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Compensation: $18 per hour. The position is eligible for overtime.
Job Description :
- Supports in logistical planning and coordination of nationwide field marketing campaigns
- Researches event venues, trends, state regulations, etc. for various spirits, beer brands and misc clients
- Manages the permit research process, including coordinating payment and payment tracking
- Communicates with third party vendors and collects pricing and information
- Assists with weekly and monthly program reporting and auditing
- Conducts data entry for event schedules
- Manages FedEx labels creating and budgeting for Field Marketing program
- Supports online reporting system field support such as reporting and auditing
- Supports with account calls when needed
- Follows up with field team regarding with in-market deliverables, as needed
- Helps to create program decks and presentations
- Assists with onboarding process (new field staff outreach to ensure paperwork completion and following up with HR for verifications, then adding to appropriate field team)
- Does additional administrative duties as needed
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to communicate in a timely manner
- Experience in fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to be creative, flexible and think ''outside the box''
- Team oriented
- Previous in-office work experience is preferred
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, research skills, and data operations skills
- Must be able to take initiative on projects and work independently
