**Description**

Provide Support and resources for all Food & Beverage Operations departments to include but not limited to FDA Menu Labeling, Eatec systems, POS & Order Kiosks, and Mobile Food Ordering.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Support rollout and annual update of the FDA Menu Labeling requirements for all Six Flags Parks.

+ Includes menus, back of house inventory management systems, locations book, catering menus and web based food guides.

+ Works directly with Corporate Culinary Supervisor and Managers to assist with food recipes setup. Inputs data into inventory systems to gather caloric information.

+ Maintains accurate recipes and menu data to ensure all guidelines are met and audits by FDA are successful at Corporate and in parks.

+ Enter data and maintain database to create Nutritional Facts for domestic products.

* Maintenance of Eatec Inventory Systems

+ Assist in creating all new PLU, Recipes and Ingredients updates.

+ Makes all necessary price changes to retails or ASDP Plus.

* Other functions include:

+ Interaction with and maintain working relationships with appropriate departments as necessary to mine data.

+ Learn to be a department Eatec expert.

+ Ability to multi task and keep all projects and assignments moving forward.

+ Supports development and set up for any new technology

+ Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

+ Reports to Corporate Culinary Manager(s)

+ Input and submit weekly Franchise reports

Skills and Qualifications:

* Ability to make quick decisions.

* Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays.

* Knowledge of or ability to learn the following programs: Eatec, Freedom, Clarity, IMC, BI, Guest Benefits, and SFTS.

* Minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.

* College degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience/education.

* Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

* Must possess strong leadership, motivational, and organizational skills.

* Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

* Computer experience required, especially with Microsoft Excel and Word programs, EATEC experience preferred.

* Food industry-specific knowledge of ingredients, food allergens, ingredient functionality and product formulas. Experience working with current understanding of nutrition, labeling, and regulatory concepts.

* Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously and meet deadlines in an efficient manner.
