The Senior Product Manager position plays a strategic role in shaping the future of Greenway’s ambulatory care solutions. This position will be a catalyst for innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge features that transform the way healthcare is delivered in the ambulatory setting. The SPM will leverage deep domain expertise and product leadership skills to define product vision, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure Greenway’s solutions deliver exceptional value to clients and meet the strategic business goals of the organization. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify high-growth opportunities within the ambulatory care market. Develop and execute long-term product roadmaps aligned with the company's strategic vision for ambulatory care solutions. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership. Partner with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support to drive product initiatives. Own the product lifecycle from concept to market leadership, ensuring successful launches and exceeding customer expectations. Translate market insights and user needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps aligned with the company's strategic goals. Work closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution. Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure clear communication of product roadmap to stakeholders. Analyze product usage data and user feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients and internal teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify high-growth opportunities within the ambulatory care market. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field. Seven (7)+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare IT industry (ambulatory care market experience preferred). Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products for the ambulatory care market. Demonstrated experience leading and executing complex product development initiatives from initial concept to market launch. Experience conducting user research and translating user needs into product requirements. Experience with project management tools and data analysis tools (a plus). Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Deep understanding of ambulatory care workflows, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on future trends and needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decision making Highly motivated and self-directed individual. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. Proven ability to present product vision and roadmaps persuasively to both internal and external audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Work Environment/Physical Demands While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday and regularly type on a keyboard. The role requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time and communicate via the computer and/or mobile devices. The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates.
