We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee new products at LeadingResponse. In this role, you will identify new product opportunities, prioritize evelopment, and launch new online and offline performance marketing products. This role will report to the EVP Consumer Marketing.

This is a remote position with quarterly travel to Tampa or Dallas metro offices required as needed. We are currently accepting applications for those who reside in one of the following states: AL, CA, FL, MA, MD, MN, NY, OH, TX.

What You'll Do:
  • Identify opportunities for new marketing products that connect consumers with an urgent need to the right professional.
  • Oversee the strategy for our online and offline product portfolio, including pricing, messaging and promotions.
  • Analyze the best path to new product development (build, buy or partner).
  • Prioritize features and launches, and manage the backlog along with the PMO.
  • Audit competition and trends.
  • Conduct marketing sizing and segmentation.
  • Build buyer and user personas, and document use cases.
  • Write positioning and businesses cases.
  • Define branding, naming and messaging.
  • Provide high-quality requirements for new online and offline marketing products.
  • Work cross-functionally across all stakeholders and ExCo to create and build support for a shared product vision.
  • Define and track success metrics and analyze performance through quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Deliver compelling messaging frameworks for new and existing products.
  • Create a feedback loop between product, marketing and sales to translate market feedback.
  • Develop sales tools and enablement that will increase sales productivity and learnings.
Business Outcomes:
  • Achieve measurable growth (revenue, contribution and market share) via optimization of current product portfolio and new product launches.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in marketing services (or adjacent) vertical
  • 7+ years product management and product marketing experience
  • A leader with 7+ years product management or product marketing in the marketing services space.
  • A strong cross-functional partner, including those with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • An excellent storyteller, able to influence without authority and distill technically complex concepts into non-technical, easy-to-understand elements.
  • A great communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial, test-and-learn mentality.
  • A customer-obsessed, UX-oriented leader with a track record of developing and launching new products.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and cut through complexity, turning high-level business requirements and opportunities into specific projects.
