for a Demand Generation specialist looking to make an impact and not afraid of a challenge.

What you will do... Build out the foundations of a repeatable and scalable demand generation engine

, including the p

lanning and execution of demand generation campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI. Design and launch founder led marketing for Retail Insight. Our CEO needs a voice and can be a powerful marketing and sales channel. Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure that all leads are managed, scored and

appropriate reporting

processes are in place

. Work with Product Marketing to ensure activities are aligned and hand off / highlight opportunities for product specific campaigns

. Be an ally to Sales. Stay close,

learn

and always

maintain

a feedback loop to ensure campaigns are optimised and delivering results

. Channel optimisation and management of budget across all campaigns, plus ownership of our PR efforts

through our dedicated partners

. Drive high quality, value led content

, designing success metrics and ensure that these are

measured,

and campaigns continually optimised. Whether this be working with our agency partners, in-house experts or through your own creation. Innovate. Whether

through personalisation at scale,

new technology

leveraging

AI or simple changes to existing processes we are always keen to be better. You will have considerable B2B Marketing experience, preferably in SaaS and/or with PE backing. You live and breathe demand gen (demand capture) with your ear to the ground re. trends and developments. Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and understand sales practices. Comfortable interacting with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent writing skills, strong analytical thinking, and a keen eye for numbers. Proactive and eager to take initiative, with the ability to work independently. Adaptable, works well under pressure, passionate about marketing technology, and always eager to learn with a sense of intellectual curiosity. Efficient in processing and understanding information.
