Summary
This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing world-class customer service to all customers. This job creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Models and acts in accordance with Kite Realty Group and Starbucks mission and values. Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered in Indianapolis, IN and one of the largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air shopping centers and mixed-use assets. Responsibilities
•Read, write and speak English fluently
•Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Provides quality foods & beverages consistently
•Great customer service
•Attention to detail
•Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
•Previous barista experience & knowledge of terminology is helpful but not required
•Must be 18 years old
