Post daily communication with Homeowners via our in-house system Maintain Calendar with daily/weekly/monthly task Check email periodically throughout the day and respond in a timely manner Participate in weekly operations meetings Participate in monthly installer meetings Participate in quarterly customer care meetings Keep paperwork organized and filed away in the proper place Answer phones - Answer telephone, determines nature of business and directs individual to appropriate staff or supplies information.
