Greene Resources is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to join a growing and dynamic team

Job Description:

  • Research and download Deeds, Plats, FEMA Flood Info, Zoning Info, etc.
  • Prep work for field crews (Boundaries/Topographic Surveys, Final Surveys, Residential House Staking)
  • Create and edit CAD files
  • Assist with completing Redlines and organizing digital project folders
  • Draft data observations collected by field crews
  • Communicate with field personnel, management, and clients

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Land Survey experience or basic knowledge of field and office tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to focus on multiple tasks
  • Effectively work on a team and independently
