Purpose of the Job: Plays a primary role in ensuring and improving customer satisfaction by managing our Quality Control team and also acts as a Senior QC Inspector and Trainer. Job Duties:

Provide direction and allocation of work for Quality Assurance Team. Minimize call backs for repairs and leaks by ensuring all work is completed in a craftsman-like manner to the specifications and satisfaction of the customer. Responsible for staffing, onboarding, evaluation, and training initiatives for Quality Assurance Team. Manages and coaches Quality Assurance Team. Establishes and oversees Quality Assurance Team’s budget P&L. Provides leadership to Quality Assurance Team in maintaining budget control, schedule, client satisfaction, as well as company culture. Provides support to production and service teams to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Traveling as required with all team members or for own projects for client interaction, project oversite, or dispute resolution as required. Responsible for employees’ KPIs for Quality Assurance Team’s alignment with company goals and to ensure quality procedures are met. Ensures safety, compliance, and risk management guidelines are met or exceeded. Partners with Field Partners, Director of Install, & Director of Service to oversee all quality assurance. Providing weekly reporting to VP of Technical Operations and VP of Operations on status of quality. Timely client dispute resolution that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations while maintaining department fiscal goals. Provides support on major weather event response. Actively participates in industry, client, and community relations to enhance company image. Solidifying a culture focused on honesty, transparency, quality, safety, and customer service. Other related duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roofing industry Minimum of 5 years as a roofing inspector in commercial roofing Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully managing a team Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Modified roof systems, materials, construction techniques, and industry standards. Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal building codes and regulations Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify roofing defects and potential issues. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficient in using inspections, tools, equipment, and technology, such as moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and employees simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Relevant certifications or qualifications in roofing inspection or related field (e.g. Roofing Quality Assurance, Roofing Inspection Certification) are preferred. OSHA 30 or higher Certification or the ability to obtain their OSHA 30 Certification within 6 months of hire preferred. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Microsoft office) Ability to create spreadsheets with basic formulas. Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a hybrid environment (including office, roof tops, customer spaces, and warehouse). Repetitive bending and stooping with occasional lifting up to pounds is required. Repetitive finger/hand/forearm motion necessary for completing data entry. Ability to manipulate keyboards, telephone keypads and copy equipment essential. Talking and listening required for answering telephones and conversing personally with customers and staff. Travel will average 50-60% depending on customer needs and visits to sites/customers.
