This support position performs a variety of administrative duties to assist the Asset Quality Manager, Commercial Credit Analysts and Commercial Lenders.

Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist the Commercial Credit Analysts or Asset Quality Manager with the completion of underwriting/loan review reports as assigned (Monthly, Quarterly, Interim, Annual and Limited)
  • Assist the Commercial Credit Analysts or Asset Quality Manager with the completion of the initial and annual review of ACH and Remote Deposit Capture origination customers
  • Assist the Commercial Credit Analysts or Asset Quality Manager with the completion of quality control reviews (Consumer, Appraisal and Pre-funding residential)
  • Assist with the preparation and mailing of maturing notes and financial request letters
  • Assist with the administration of credit files
  • Prepare or assist with the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Process payments as needed
  • Complete industry trend reports as assigned.
  • Review resources to monitor property value trends
  • Create and update spreadsheets as needed
  • Monitor time notes with maturity over 12 months
  • Monitor notes coming due
  • Distribute mail
  • Prepare and maintain procedures as assigned
  • Perform additional duties as requested
  • Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act and all other laws and regulations that pertain to the job function
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of banking experience required
  • Knowledge of loan procedures and transaction types
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize a fluctuating work load
  • Able to retain and apply a variety policies/procedures/regulations
