Overview:

The Marketing Analyst will support Frontwave Credit Unions overall strategy by leveraging insights gleaned from member and market data using a wide variety of sources and making recommendations aimed at improving Member experience and operational excellence, while driving change and market growth. Success in this role will require a broad skill set that includes qualitative and quantitative research, and analytics. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with Frontwaves internal business partners, agencies and research vendors to develop innovative solutions and insights using data and analysis tools. This position is responsible to uphold and abide by Frontwave Credit Unions core values and service expectations.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations as well as Credit Union policies and procedures.

  • Gather, manipulate and analyze disparate data. Use database query techniques, spreadsheet software and other platforms to provide management with statistics, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Communicate data analytics and research results, analysis and recommendations to ensure complex work is accessible, actionable, and drives business results.
  • Responsible for development of technical solutions needed in order to provide an effective and efficient data and analysis solution that can support the credit union.
  • Meets with various departments and stakeholders to determine reporting needs and creates processes for data collection where necessary.
  • Communicate meaningful insights into data and model results to senior and executive management in a non-technical manner. Perform data preparation, statistical model framework design, estimation, performance and diagnostic testing, implementation, and ongoing monitoring to predict and/or optimize desired objectives from business stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and report data from multiple systems in order to measure key processes, member behavior, and overall trends with a focus on member experience.
  • Manage Member loyalty program reporting, analysis, and data feeds to enable targeted marketing, member lifetime value/growth opportunities, member loyalty and organizational improvement.
  • Support and manage a wide variety of member and market research studies and initiatives, while maintaining a roll up your sleeves, and dig into the data/findings mindset and approach to your work.
  • Manage primary and secondary research. Collect and analyze market and member data such as segmentation, data mining for predictive insights, member profiling, potential markets, and more for strategic/operational insights and actionable plans.
  • Direct CRM & MCIF analytics, reporting and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with business partners and cross-functional teams to support a fact-driven and through consumers eyes decision-making culture.
  • Develop actionable insights based on synthesis of multiple research and analytic learnings; present insights and recommendations to business partners across all levels of the organization.
  • Recommend appropriate analytic approaches and identifying new ways to apply research and analytics to grow the business.
  • Manage department KPIs and ROI.
  • Maintain business definitions in the form of a data dictionary for all department managed models.
  • Prepare reports in a manner that is clear and comprehensible to management, internal auditors and regulatory examiners.
  • Communicate member experience issues and market opportunities with key stakeholders such as business lines, management team, and Lending/Operations teams.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field, including Marketing, Market Research, Data Science, Communications, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis or Economics is required. Masters degree a plus.
  • 1-2 years marketing research, business intelligence, managing and/or conducting primary and secondary research studies experience. Financial Services Industry preferred.
  • Strong demonstrable experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Minimum of two years working with data, creating projections through formation of models, producing analytics or related experience, using Excel and other data analytics tools.
  • Prior experience measuring and tracking the performance of digital sales funnels, including conversion rates, click-through rates, acquisition costs, A/B test results, is helpful

Pay range: $32.65hr. - $48.97hr
