KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
Design secure cloud architecture and application frameworks, integrating security controls such as encryption and access management.
Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks, developing effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as PCI and GDPR.
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
Oversee incident response planning and execution for cybersecurity incidents.
Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization through training and educational programs.
Evaluate and manage third-party vendor security risks and relationships.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of security technologies and tools.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure cybersecurity effectiveness.
Develop and manage the cybersecurity budget efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Seven (7) years of experience in Security Analysis or senior cybersecurity leadership roles in the regulated payments industry.
Experience with AWS.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and standards.
Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing and leading cybersecurity teams.
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record of successful cybersecurity strategy development and implementation.
