Summary:

Clients Talent Acquisition organization has an opportunity for a contingent Senior Recruiter to act as consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of the business goals as it relates to go-to-market and acquisition strategies. The key focus of this position will be to provide overall recruitment for the supporting the North America Organization at Inc., requisition management and client management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Recruitment focus is on the business (or as assigned).
Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
Additional job duties include pre-screening candidates, partnering with team members to develop sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.
Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.
Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and Companys policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics. Will facilitate candidate review meetings and capture feedback to ensure overall compliance.
Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Education: Bachelors Degree Required
Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience and at least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Preferably in a corporate setting. Must have a strong attention to detail
Must project a good business presence and have the ability to instill confidence in clients and to deliver results.
Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent
Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience
Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly confront issues
Demonstrated ability to function in an environment of multiple changing priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Superb communication skills.
Experience forecasting headcount needs/workforce planning
Experience in advanced internet recruitment/sourcing

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
