General Responsibilities: + Work cooperatively with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing and Project Management to ensure project success, both leading and influencing other leaders on the team. + Identify and lead the creation of or improvements to procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology required. + Execute and lead segments of complex product development to advance projects through the design /development/launch process. + Contribute to complex product development through release and lead one technical area of expertise. + Hold self and others accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy and drive to meet business priorities. + Mentor, develop and inspire others in current and future roles. **What You Will Need:** **Minimum Qualifications (Required):** + Bachelor's degree in EE or related discipline & 6+ years of work experience **Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):** Technical Skills: + Ability to lead or teach electrical engineers in electrical design. + Advanced understanding of the design of complex components and sub-systems. + Ability to apply advanced circuit and electrical system test methods. + Advanced understanding of manufacturing and testing methods. + Ability to apply standard technologies used in industry. + Ability to perform complex electrical stackups. + Advanced understanding of statistical methods. + Advanced knowledge of sub-system, system, and environmental interactions.
