Job Summary

Bodwé Professional Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain electrical system designs, including schematics, layouts, and documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect electrical systems and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autodesk Revit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PE License.
  • Experience working in an architecture, engineering, construction, or related professional service firm.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
Working Environment

This role is performed in a professional office environment, with occasional site visits required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands and priorities is essential.
