As a member of our strong Field Support team, you will work for customers and internal associates. We're looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to join our Credit team to assist with the collection of assigned accounts using our credit system software. This role is extremely important to the success of our company, as our Credit & Collections Specialists create and maintain strong relationships with customers and our Sales team.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Daily contact with customers and sales force to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO)
  • Professionally resolve disputed item issues with customers
  • Review and approve/deny customer orders
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Review customer credit status
  • Build business through customer relationships
What qualifications do you need?
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Commercial Credit/Collection experience preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • MS Office - Intermediate skills
  • Ability to travel some of the time
  • Occasional bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 20 lbs
