A Little Bit About The Position
Embark on a dynamic career as a Client Support Representative (CSR) at Gemini Legal, where your enthusiasm and proactive approach will shine. In this role, you'll support our Account Manager(s) in a defined region, showcasing your problem-solving skills, effective judgment, and strong time management. Engage with clients, navigate systems seamlessly, and play a vital role in entering orders, researching and resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. As a CSR, you will be responsible for conducing research, displaying attention to detail, and handling communications professionally. Location: Hybrid-remote at our West Covina, CA office
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $19.23-$25.96/hour
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
3+ years previous customer service experience, administrative, and/or data entry experience required
1+ year previous legal office experience highly preferred
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proof-reading, syntax and grammar
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Presentation and public speaking
Ability to handle a high volume of work and function in a fast-paced environment, on deadline
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Ability to follow direction and process guidelines
Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
Experience working in an office setting
Exceptional teamwork
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, i.e. attendance, dress code and professionalism
Promote Gemini core values, standards of conduct and integrity and its culture by employing high ethical standards and leading by example
Must pass pre-employment screening
Functional Requirements
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to:
Sitting or standing at a desk for at least one hour at a time (total: 4-6 hours/day)
Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total: 4-6 hours/day)
Using a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 3-5 hours/day)
