Platinum Recruiting is hiring for a Direct Hire Customer Service on-site position.
A customer service role that involves both inbound and outbound communication, as well as invoicing using Microsoft Suite (which includes Excel), requires a combination of strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and organizational abilities. Here's an overview of the responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Customer Service: Handling incoming calls, emails, or messages from customers who have questions, concerns, or issues related to products or services. Representatives must actively listen to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
  2. Outbound Customer Service: Initiating proactive communication with customers for various purposes, such as following up on previous inquiries, providing updates, or conducting surveys to gather feedback. Outbound interactions aim to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Invoicing using Microsoft Suite & Excel: Invoicing involves creating and managing documents for billing customers for products or services rendered. Microsoft Excel is commonly used for creating and maintaining invoice templates, tracking payment status, and organizing financial data.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Customer service representatives need to be proficient in using Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, to generate, update, and maintain invoices accurately. Knowledge of spreadsheet formulas, data manipulation, and formatting is essential.
  5. Organization and Attention to Detail: Invoicing requires precision and attention to detail to avoid errors that could lead to payment delays or customer dissatisfaction. Maintaining well-organized records is crucial for efficient invoicing management.
  6. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Customer service representatives often encounter challenging situations that require creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer complaints or billing disputes.
  7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM software is common in customer service roles to manage customer interactions, keep track of communication history, and ensure seamless coordination between teams.

Time Management: Customer service representatives must efficiently manage their time to handle inbound inquiries, initiate outbound communications, and complete invoicing tasks promptly.

Pay $18.00 - $22.00/hr DOE
