We are seeking a full-time Retail Staff Pharmacist who is enthusiastic about making a difference in our community.We offer:Sign On BonusMedical401KDental and more...RequirementsResponsibilities/Duties:Drug Utilization Review: comprehensive reviews to ensure safe and effective medication use.Prescription Verification: Accurately and swiftly check filled prescriptions to maintain high standards of care.Emergency Drug Procurement: Arrange for the acquisition of drugs in emergency situations.Provide Drug Information: Offer valuable insights on dosing, compatibilities, and formulary substitutes to healthcare practitioners.Supervise Pre-Packing: Oversee the pre-packing of drugs and control procedures.Patient Consulting: Engage with patients to provide personalized medication advice.Prescription Synchronization: Coordinate medication schedules for optimal patient compliance.Medication Therapy Management: Deliver MTM services to optimize therapeutic outcomes.Immunizations: Administer vaccinations to patients.Software Administration: Utilize PioneerRx and ScriptPro software for efficient pharmacy operations.Flexible Duties: Be adaptable for weekend and holiday duties, working 1-2 weekends a month.Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.Requirements:Must be a licensed registered pharmacist.Immunization certification is required.At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.Available to work any shift, including weekends.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Type of Position:Full TimeHours: 40 hours per weekExemptJoin our team and play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and community health.
