salary: $18.5 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • A combination of data entry, scanning and call center duties
  • Calling members to complete health assessments over the phone
  • When forms are mailed backed they are scanned and checked for completeness and make follow up calls to the members as necessary
  • Typically completing 20 forms/day over the phone
  • The health assessments have 36 questions and take about 8 minutes to complete
  • Primarily dealing with Medicaid members with chronic issues
  • Bilingual - Spanish
