Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedule needs of new and existing clients with our team of available caregivers.

Manage and maintain client schedules in coordination with time off requests, shift changes, and requests for changes in client care teams.

Update and maintain client records and note in the EMR & Scheduling System.

Handle all incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling.

Fill in as a backup caregiver when unable to coordinate schedule requests.

Assist with recruiting tasks such as phone interviews, in person interviews, reviewing care plans and matching new caregivers to clients, onboarding, and training caregivers.

Assist with administrative tasks - position has growth opportunity to promote into office management and administrator roles.

Requirements:

Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Previous experience in a scheduling or recruiting role for a home health or home care agency.

Ability to manage and communicate with a large caregiver and client base to coordinate schedules.

Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
