The primary responsibility of this position is to act as a liaison between the company and current and potential customers. As a Bilingual Account Manager Trainee, your role will include establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, focusing on retention, production, and sales. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers to help them understand the benefits and features of our AT&T services while setting up new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction on various wireless products, accessories, and services to customers.
Process new activations and upgrades.
Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology.
Understand customers' needs and assist them in discovering how our products can fulfill those requirements.
