  • Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding techniques.
  • Proficiency in working with aluminum, stainless steel, and thin sheet metal.
  • Experience in fabricating enclosures for electrical components is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding procedures.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:

  • Competitive starting wage of $21-$23 per hour, with the potential to increase to $24-$25 per hour after 90 days, based on performance and skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform TIG and MIG welding on various materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and thin sheet metal.
  • Fabricate different enclosures for electrical components, such as cable top boxes, NEMA enclosures, and switchracks.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and welding procedures to ensure accurate and precise welds.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality workmanship in all tasks.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure all welding work complies with safety regulations and standards.
