As Players Club Supervisor, you'll:
- Identify, recruit, greet, and service patrons.
- Safeguard assets of MotorCity Casino Hotel and supervise staff including scheduling, monitoring breaks, and ensuring departmental policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Provide training on player tracking system and departmental policies to Players Club Clerks.
- Make responsible decisions pertaining to comping decisions from guest accounts.
- Act as a liaison with all Casino Departments.
- Establish and maintain customer base.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or alternative as deemed appropriate.
- Two years management in customer service or two years in Player Development supervision.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge with experience in Word and Excel.
- Database experience helpful.
- Cash handling experience is mandatory.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some holidays and weekends.
