This position will be full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Controller Daily with Accounting Functions, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations
  • Work directly with Controllers to learn the company policies and procedures
  • Assist with Floor Plan Audits from our Financial Lenders, as it relates to paying off vehicles sold daily ,in keeping us in trust with the lenders
  • Monthly Floor Plan Reconciliation
  • Reconcile Accounting schedules
  • Fixed Assets - Work with the Controller to understand the reports, learn the Fixed Assets thresholds and how to properly record the depreciation expense quarterly
  • Financial Statements- Assist the Controller with the completion of the Month End Folder to produce a Financial Statement according to both the dealership and manufacturer guidelines

Requirements

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
  • Ability To Work in Fast-Paced and High-Volume Environment
