Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, post job openings, and manage the recruitment process. Conduct interviews, extend offers, and facilitate new hire orientations.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes, provide coaching to managers, and support performance improvement plans.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Answer employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities. Identify training needs and recommend relevant programs.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with audits.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize employee events, surveys, and recognition programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a positive.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
