: This is a non-exempt hourly position. Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:30p GREAT BENEFIT PACKAGE: (Benefits start Day 1 of employment) 403B with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Paid Holiday Days ABOUT THE ROLE The Program Team Lead is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations supporting persons served with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This position is designed to ensure that quality services are provided to individuals and is responsible for monitoring and maintaining a safe physical site. Some details about the role include but are not limited to: Assist, develop, implement, monitor, and update organization, unit, and site program goals and objectives Attend Intellectual Disability Unit Meetings and other meetings as required Plan and manage cost efficiently including overtime costs ABOUT YOU We believe in a strengths-based approach and use positive practices to help guide all of our activities.
