Altamonte Dr., 2nd floor, Altamonte Springs, FL (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) 960 Rinehart Road, Suite 2070, Lake Mary, FL (Wednesday and Friday) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Provides supportive resources and education to patients and family members on treatment and side effects. Teaches patients and their families about treatment expectations and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Completes necessary patient forms such as FMLA, disability, and letters of medical necessity. Assists the benefits team in obtaining authorizations for chemotherapy and infusion-related treatments. Facilitates communication by answering voicemails, emails, texts, and Microsoft Teams messages. Qualification Requirements Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $31.53 - $52.24 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
