Job Overview – Sr. Accountant – 32413

If you're a technical Sr. Accountant with strong inventory/costing experience looking for a collaborative team and dynamic environment where you can be challenge within a global organization, you may be a great fit for a hybrid Sr. Accountant role we're helping one of our clients fill. This role can sit at their corporate HQ in Charlotte during in-office days, but has the opportunity to be located at few other locations within the Southeast.

The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Accountant involve monitoring and analyzing inventory data, identifying trends and variances while providing business insights to various internal stakeholders, managing the monthly financial close process and inventory account reconciliation, supporting monthly forecast, and coordinating with internal and external auditors to develop more efficient controls, as well as contributing to process improvement. This is a highly collaborative role, therefore the best-fit candidate will have strong communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Accounting, MBA/CPA a plus 3-5 years of experience in industry or public accounting required Strong experience in Excel and Inventory Management Software
